I have lost my PIP entitlement letter with the point breakdown. How can I find out what it said or get a copy of it?

There is this relatively new service, but I'm unsure if it offers a points breakdown.

Otherwise you need to ring PIP on 0800 121 4433, or do an online request asking specifically for what you need.

You can only get a statement of entitlement @Kimi87 it doesn't offer anything else to do with PIP.
