WHD no letter. Help

Today we tried to call WHD as hubby hasn't heard anything. He's on pip and esa support group.

The Energy bill is in my name.

Phone line to us to email. Reply from email call them.

We are sitting in front of a coal fire as its too expensive to run heating all day.

Any ideas which direction to go?

The bill would have to be in his name to receive the whd.

Neither PIP or New Style ESA qualifies for Warm Home Discount.

@Kimi87 your link goes to whd government page and it clearly states qualifying benefit ESA

@onmylonesome the government page states it can be in your partners name if you reside at the same address

It states Income Related ESA (which is means tested).

New Style ESA is Contributions Based and doesn't qualify for the WHD.

Your past posts in 2024 mentions the ESA application which means due to the date it will be New Style ESA.
