An apology for today's unexpected emails

We want to sincerely apologise for the large number of notification emails many of you have received or are continuing to receive today.

While carrying out routine maintenance on the community, an error occurred that caused email notifications to be sent in bulk. This was not intended, and we fully understand how frustrating and disruptive this will have been.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and for the volume of messages this created. The issue has now been identified and we are working hard to resolve it as soon as possible.
