    Today has been better in the fact im continuing on my healthy eating plan

    Ive brought loads of healthy food

    I do remember you said you had eaten enough healthy stuff in your past

    Unfortunately i had a heart attack so I gotta be healthy now

    Plus i will keep trim

    I usually pop into my nearest town on Saturdays and Sunday cook a roast @madchris55

    Hey that amzing well done you get trust me I never want see a salad ever again as from 1978 till 1987 when they told me after all them year I had a heart problem called wolf Parkinson and white syndrome and my diet was all fresh food no colors no additives no sweets nothing nice once st George's in tooting told me I didn't have to be on it no more I'm a sugar monster now and when I had my cows my milk went into the sweet factory Mars in Slough so I used to get a lot of free sweets lol 🤣 hey say what you like to me ok but I'm proud of you of what you've achieved and I would be going out and having your dinner because I always have my TV meal for one lol that my birthday dinner 😆
