Real Talk
After another uncomfortable night its now is a little after 6am and i feel drained. Cold in bed and cold out of bed. soiled, difficulties breathing (COPD + blocked sinuses), chest pain (unstable angina), and i also fell attempting to get to the bathroom. In the last few days i've missed one hospital admission for stents, one emergency dental appointment (2 broken teeth), and my annual Diabetes eye screening test thing. Today i am supposed to be attending my GP practice to be hooked up to a 24hr blood test contraption and Friday i am due to attend for my Diabetes foot care check and nail cutting - both of those appointments are unlikely to happen.
But, the good news is i've ordered a pair of Gen 3 night vision goggles from amazon just so i can watch the foxes in the garden thru the night, plus the warden popped into see me yesterday for a quick chat. More good news is i managed to hoover my entire flat yesterday albeit it took me most of the day but the sense of satisfaction was worth the effort.

Sounds like you're dealing with a lot @MrHappy. Is there anyone that could help you get to your GP appointment today?
The night vision goggles sound cool! I bet it's so interesting watching them. I've only seen a fox in real life once when I visited Hastings and I was very excited 😂

It's really great to see how you've spun this and made something positive (very fitting for the name @MrHappy 😊)! Night vision goggles sound so cool and unique. Have you managed to capture many? Do you get a lot of visitors?
