In brief - The Timms Review is a government-led evaluation of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) system in the UK, aimed at ensuring it fairly supports disabled people in a changing society. It will assess the effectiveness of PIP and make recommendations for improvements, with the final report expected in autumn 2026.
