Looking for some quick and easy tea ideas - cooking for 1 🍽️

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had any quick and easy idea's for tea please?

I often cook for just myself, and a lot of meals are naturally for larger groups. I can freeze things, but sometimes after a long day, it's nice to have something quick and easy to put together.

Any suggestions and advice greatly appreciated ☺️

I live alone so cook for 1

I use an air fryer it's quick and healthy can use pretty much anything in it

Also got a soup maker, easy to freeze tomato soup is nice and least if you make your own, no awful additives in it or emulsifiers
