I've been having a bit of an education about rock and heavy metal music and just discovered the band Thunder. I'm loving them and want to know about some more bands I may not know.

I have a rock playlist which has 10CC, Boston, ELO, Guns n Roses and a few others but need some more. I'm aiming for an 8 hour playlist so I can listen to it at work.

So let's begin the rock education!

    Oh my goodness @Amberpearl and @Nightcity, thank you! I'm currently listening to Feed my Frankenstein - Alice Cooper. I don't think I know any of those Nightcity. I have a few days off after today so I'll be delving into all of them!

    It's not quite as rock-y but I'm loving Movin' Out (Anthony's Song) by Billy Joel at the minute. I'm a huge fan of Supertramp too.
