Hi @Jackson1, sorry to hear about your situation and that you've been waiting so long for a capability assessment. There are some long backlogs at the moment which can be really stressful if you're waiting to hear back.

When you say you've been penalised, please could you explain a little about what's happening so we can understand? Hopefully we can offer some advice. Have they sanctioned you at all or is it the way they are treating you?

You probably need to talk to your GP and tell them how much stress this is causing you and get it put into your fit note that you can't cope with it.

He shouldn't have shouted in your ear, sorry to hear that.

As bookrabbit says, perhaps your GP can help with another fit note.

Do you have anyone who could help you talk to them again and explain that you're not coping? For example, do you have any support workers, or friends and family that could help support you?

If you feel you've been treated unfairly it may also be worth putting in a complaint.
