    No, it's definitely a hypothetical next time @michael57. I think we're stuck where we are, but I'm interested in the concept of a next time and what might change if the option was there.

    I know it's not a planet, but i think i'd start off with the moon. Probably because it's so close in relative terms, i'm still fascinated by it, even through an average telescope it is incredible. To be on the moon and look back at Earth would be somehow comforting as well i think, knowing home wasn't actually that distant, whereas obviously the further out you go into space Earth would become a distant memory. I'm sure i read somewhere that if an artificial atmosphere can be created, which apparently could be possible in the future, the moon could be the best bet of humanity surviving in the future. I just can't see how the Earth can be sustainable for much longer, i reckon between say 500 to a thousand years, it will probably be one great big Ocean…….so the fish should be okay for a while. 😏
