I really like their date bars @Catherine21, they have very minimal ingredients too, especially the coconut one! Have you tried them?

I buy the beans in water, drain and add to tinned tomatoes. Boiling them if bought dry takes about 45 minutes, so I prefer tinned.

No i havent sound yummy so good im glad as alot of our food really chemically treated

Yeah, it is scary thinking about all the synthetic stuff that somehow ends up in our system. It is very much worth it to spend more money on less chemical food. Have you found something nice?
