Very true. Maybe for some, could find a candle or something? Like an autumn leaves scent for a wood walk or something?!

Did you have a lovely virtual walk in Bath? Pretending to feel the wind or sun on your face and smell the summery aromas of the outdoors? Perhaps next time you can walk along a canal in Amsterdam or the garden at the Rijksmuseum🌞

Amsterdam sounds like a great destination @SmellyBin I love looking at water, whether it's the sea, a river, a canal etc. I find it calming.

I sometimes have periods that I love listening to water: whale sounds, or water on pebbles, rain. Some people do forest bathing, I like beach bathing :) How are you today?

I've been tempted to get a tabletop water fountain just to listen to the sounds but can't imagine keeping it clean @SmellyBin The birds have been loud lately at sunset so I lay down on the floor by the open window and imagined I was somewhere in nature. Technically, I am. There's birdsong, grass, sunshine… How have you been?
