I'd recommend approaching a local welfare rights organisation for support throughout the process, they can guide you through.

Try not to be too discouraged by the Mandatory Reconsideration result, most MRs do fail, but the majority of tribunals are still successful.

What’s really important now is ensuring you fully understand which specific LCWRA descriptors you think you meet, and then getting evidence that directly supports those points. The tribunal looks at whether you meet the legal descriptors, not just your diagnosis, so evidence needs to show how your condition affects you in those specific ways (for example, coping with social interaction, getting to places, managing anxiety, etc.).

You can ask your GP or another healthcare professional for a short supporting letter explaining how your condition affects you day to day and why it fits those descriptors. Some GPs do charge for letters, but you can also ask for copies of your medical records or past correspondence, which can still be very useful.
