It is the return of the Six Nations Rugby tonight and the opening matches are…

🏉France vs Ireland - Today at 8.10pm

🏉Italy vs Scotland - Saturday 7th Feb at 2.10pm

🏉England Vs Wales - Saturday 7th Feb 4.40pm

I don't really stay up to date with Rugby but it would feel wrong not to root for Wales as I am Welsh!

My predictions are…

🏉France and Ireland will be a very close game

🏉Scotland will beat Italy by quite a bit

🏉Wales beat England by the skin of their teeth!

Ahahaha I know I don't think they will really but I feel like I have to back Wales @crikey44 😂 unless the welsh squad have dramatically improved😅😂

I have tried, but i can't get into rugby, union or league.

When I was a lad, we only cared about Scottish football, with a passing interest in big names who went to play elsewhere (Steve Archibald going to Barcelona for example).

Yahooooooo…..I can't wait! So much on with that, Winter Olympics, cricket, etc. I'll be knackered without taking part 😆 Sadly, I'm off tennis now & never watch football, but just as well.

I never really bothered with rugby till my laddie started playing 8yr ago. All those weekends driving him to games in the dead of winter, standing in frozen rain on a Sunday morning, the bug hit, we try and get to as many of the autumn games at Murrayfield when I’m up to it, the atmosphere is fantastic…I still do not understand the any of the rules tho🤣

I would love to see Wales have a resurgence against England but with the stayed of the WRU at the minute I would be surprised if they don't end up with the wooden spoon this year 😉

Hope it's a good game for you @ZebraSue81! Will you be watching it at home or in the pub? I'm going to my first proper rugby match in April - Welsh Womens Rugby Team vs The Red Roses and I still don't know any of the rules but I know the atmosphere will be great!!

You're welcome & yes, already been two days of action, @Mary_Scope, even though the opening ceremony was tonight/last night.

I enjoy all of it. Love the curling & so far, our mixed pair are really on their game. I really like the modern X game additions, all the snowboarding & on skis, half pipe, aerials, board/ski cross. Alpine, biathlon & particularly the new event of ski mountaineering. I caught a race last week & it was different & really good, then they said it was a new addition to the Olympics. 😎

France put the hammer down, some win. Hoping England win today, Scotland could have a close win with Italy, but looking forward to some good rugby in both matches.

Yes I was rooting for Ireland.

I didn't think we would win against France but we played abysmal in the first half.

I have a table booked at my local pub today to watch the rugby and I would like see England and Scotland win their games.

I just looked up ski mountaineering @JessieJ and wow!!! They must have so, so strength and balance to do that! What have you thought of it all so far?

I know, it is crazy, but I did enjoy watching that for the first time before the Olympics. It's on the 19th & 21st. 😎

I've enjoyed watching everything so far & enjoyed the skeleton racing today, Matt Wilson is leading & Marcus Wyatt is 7th after the two runs today. Last two runs tomorrow, hopefully we'll actually get our 1st medal & it will be gold. 🤞

England for the win. Hoping for a good hard game & watching Finn Russell.
