I have had talking therapy’s for over 12 weeks due to ongoing PTSD and severe panic attacks after a very long time in ICU incubated. I found 6 to 8 weeks into the sessions, I was becoming worse because of anxiety, knowing the session was due on a particular day. I was told to try and stick to it, I couldn’t. It works for some people not everyone I was told. You tried it, so why should that go against you,

theoretically you are right. Engaging with people was meant to mean social meaningful engagement. Doctor or nurse is not social engagament. but is in theory. IN practice DWP CAN TURN ANYTHING AGAINST YOU. FOR INSTANCE if you attend medical appoint, seek help to get better, DWP can interpret this as MOTIVATION.. but if you don attend medicals, then DWP also turns against you
