What should be a Winter Olympics sport but isn't?

Some of us at Scope have been watching the Winter Olympics for the last few days and realised that some of the sports could be more exciting with a couple of rule changes.

So, what sport (real or imagined) should be a Winter Olympics sport but isn't at the moment?

I submit to you:

The Penguin Slide Relay where teams wear inflatable penguin suits and must belly‑slide down an icy course, steering only by flapping their “wings”! 🐧
