Hi thanks for all your advice ive just had a big letter arrive with lots and lots of paper work about my tribunal appeal its so overwhelming i carnt cope with it its just making me worse i had my partner read some of it out to me which was hard for me as i dont take information in that well if at all what he did read some of the things they did out in there i didnt even say its i feel completely hopeless i just dont want to deal with it its too much
