How many hours can I work on PIP (enhanced rate) and UC?
I keep getting mixed responses, some say it's a 16 hour limit, some say you can basically work full time with no sanctions… Which is it?

Its an in work benefit with no restriction on working hours.

On ESA there was an hourly limit of 16 hours per week for Permitted Work.
On UC there is no hourly limit, but payment deductions are made above a certain earnings amount each month, depending on your circumstances and which UC elements you get.
There is no limit on hours or earnings for PIP as that is about daily life and mobility, not about work.

So if I win the £14M on the National Lottery tomorrow night I wouldn't get sanctioned?

if you win £14 million then you would no longer be able to claim UC, but your PIP would not be affected.

Your UC would be terminated immediately by passing £16k in savings. But you would not be sanctioned.
PIP is still payable as that is not affected by savings or earnings.

It won't happen anyway, the last time I won a penny on the Lottery was circa last October, £30 on 3 numbers :(
