My name is Mary Jane, and I am reaching out to my community for help to gain more independence. Currently, I am very restricted because my PA can only take me 10 meters from my house, which means I can only do things in my immediate area and cannot go to town or visit fun places. My PA and I have already tried calling for help, but I face specific challenges because I have a disability and learning difficulties. These difficulties make it hard for me to fill out forms or remember my full address and postcode. I also need to clarify that I live with my dad, not my mum, which is important for my records. I am not currently receiving certain benefits, so I need support to see if I can still qualify for a disabled person’s bus pass through the local council. I am looking for someone to help me confirm my address details and complete the application so I can travel further and enjoy my life.
