Hi,I have been on lwcra for nearly 12 months and still send fit notes to my employer.i received a letter for a meeting but didn't say why.first contact since may 2025. This was not a good time as my mum was end of life( 3hrs drive away)I emailed stating this had no reply back,can I resign from my job,?
