How's this for a coincidence ?
On Friday 16th December 1988, at 7 pm, I was driving down the A74 through Lockerbie – driving home, to Portsmouth for Christmas, after spending 2 weeks working (north of Edinburgh).
PAN AM flight 103 crashed the following Wednesday on that very spot at about 7pm ......
