Lcw to lcwra

in Universal Credit (UC)

On December 12th 2024 they put me in lcw, did a appeal the tribunal awarded me lcwra, will i get back payment and do I wait 3 months

    Your LCWRA award will be backdated to the date of your original Fit Note.

    You will still serve the LCWRA waiting period of 3 full Assessment Periods. Dated from your first Fit Note if there were no gaps.

    After that time has passed you will be eligible for LCWRA element to be added to your claim, so there should be some backpay.
