I spoke to a member of staff from pip yesterday and they told me that I do not need a video call, phone call or a face to face with them. Is that a good sign or a bad sign?

Hi @help1808 and a warm welcome to the community from me!
It sounds like you provided enough evidence for a paper based assessment so you didn't need to have video/face to face/phone assessment as well. It's not possible to know what the outcome will be purely based on this unfortunately, but hopefully it won't be too long until you get your results soon 😊
