ESA deduction from UC

in Universal Credit (UC)

I get £281 esa a fortnight and £609 a month taken of uc but march uc statement says £80 esa deduction do I need to contact them?

    Yes it can happen that too little ESA is deducted by mistake.

    Add a Journal note (using the payment option) stating the ESA deduction is too low in error & you've been overpaid UC as a result.

    Once they've looked at it, a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to overpayment. Repayment options will be on the letter.
