Hi @kerrie1905. Unfortunately no-one would be able to say whether you would get your PIP reinstated or not as every case is different. Are you at the mandatory reconsideration or tribunal stage of your appeal?

I'm at the tribunal stage,I also won it back at tribunal in 2022 but my sight wasn't as bad as it is now due to having two operations for my vp shunt in September and then again in November 2025 also during the last surgery we'll under anesthetic I had a stroke

The tribunal are only reviewing the original decision to not award you PIP for this award. They are not able to consider any changes in your health after this date. If your health has since changed again you may wish to consider making another application for PIP.

Seeing as you were successful a tribunal last time, it suggests there is something missing in they way you are explaining your health issues to the DWP as opposed to at a tribunal. It might be important to keep this in mind if you re-apply.

Either way, I would suggest you read through your bundle and crucially have a read through the tribunals decision notice from your last appeal to understand their reasoning at the time.
