    I know lots of people who are still waiting too @nickh but if you are concerned, there's no harm in giving them a call to check.

    What do you use the letter for out of interest? Can't remember ever needing mine so far. The new rates are available to see online.

    Hello @nickh, typically I believe it's mid-March but last year some people were still receiving them in mid-April.
