Pip enquiry line, no option for payment information

HHi I have tried to ring pip enquire line to see when I get paid and how much last month their was an option but theirs not now just wondered why

    Hi @Jackson1, sorry you haven't had a reply to this so far. How are you getting on? Have you rung again to see if they're able to tell you your next payment date?

    well i just phoned the hotline and found out when i next get pip

    i phoned today but i had to get as far as just before queue to speak to DWP person (i was wanting to speak to them anyway). I use options 2 and then 4 if any help.
