how long does it take backdated payment for disabled child element and carer element to be paid

    Unfortunately it's impossible to answer that question as there are too many variables.

    You'll know when this has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to underpayment. New versions of your statements will be added.

    The money will then be paid within a few working days.
