I put the information on because people were asking how much postal charges were for sending information or forms back.

Thank you , it is a thoughtful thing to do. I'm sure a lot of people wish to know how much things are to send as it has become quite expensive these days.

I'd say check Royal Mail online first as many prices are cheaper now if you buy the postage online instead.
You can still hand over at a Post Office, plus they or a RM locker will print the lab too.

I always send important documents registered/signed for/tracked, I don't trust the local Postal service to not lose stuff, especially given the fact the last 4 out of 5 times I sold on eBay, I've sent the stuff to the buyers and it's gone walkies in the Post.
