Hi, my name is Dragnought63! How do I remove my appointee?
How can I have my daughter removed from uc been my appointee which I dnt need now as I can look after my own business life out which pip did removed my daughter with know compilation after I explained whyn that my daughter had mental breakdown after i was told I was going to die in 3 months time with stage five kidneys failure so I was fast track to end of life nursing home and found out I was misdiagnosed and not going to die after losing everything my home ect because my income had been stopped pip which I understand why and uc was giving still but at a lower rate but that's not the problem I explained too uc that I can't tell my daughter about why I can't have her as appointee because her mental breakdown would break her more they said they would have to speak or sent my daughter a letter that I know longer need her too short out my business I said you can't because over the years I've had rare form of cancer end of life terminal illness stage five and now for my daughter to be told I was going to die very shortly tip her over the edge and now I am ok that would break her more so I am slowly trying to get my independent living back and need access to certain things like benefits but I am blocked by my appointee I've got social worker and nursing manger and waiting for a ocupation Thyerpist to help with my claim for independent living so I can get a home I sorry it's long letter but need advice to move on as my change Incercomestances as changed and my fast track will be terminated as I am not seriously ill thank you hope my explanation helps that my daughters health would be at risk I feel if she found out the new development that's happening

Welcome to the community @Dragnought63! It sounds like you've been through a lot, that must have been really difficult to process. And I'm sorry to hear how difficult your daughter is finding things too.
Just to be clear, are you hoping to remove your daughter as your appointee without her receiving a letter? It might be a little difficult to do that, unfortunately, but if you explain to them that she is very vulnerable they may be able to sort out a solution for you that doesn't involve her being notified.
