Hi @Freda39, welcome to the community. It's really natural to feel anxious about these assessments, they're never fun. One thing I've seen that has helped others in the past is keeping some notes with you. Then if you can't think of an answer or an example, you have something to refer to to remind yourself.

Take it easy on yourself and just try to give as much detail as you can manage on each question.

Is there anyone that could be with you for the call as moral support? Sometimes it can help just having someone in the same room with you.

I'm sure our members will have some other tips too, so I hope they'll say hi soon.

Did you make a copy of your form?

If so it can help to have a read through close to the assessment so you can remind yourselves of the answers.

You can also jot down a few notes to help you remember the main points that you want to make.

How did it go today Freda39? I hope it wasn't as nervewracking as you feared. Let's hope you're not waiting too long for the outcome

I hope your assessment went well today @Freda39 Perhaps when you feel up to it you could let us know how you got on.
