Hi I have been put in the LCWRA
I have a pip telephone assessment tomorrow I am very anxious I am 64 and suffering PTSD osteoarthritis and have chronic heart disease. Any advice please .

Hi @Freda39, welcome to the community. It's really natural to feel anxious about these assessments, they're never fun. One thing I've seen that has helped others in the past is keeping some notes with you. Then if you can't think of an answer or an example, you have something to refer to to remind yourself.
Take it easy on yourself and just try to give as much detail as you can manage on each question.
Is there anyone that could be with you for the call as moral support? Sometimes it can help just having someone in the same room with you.
I'm sure our members will have some other tips too, so I hope they'll say hi soon.

Did you make a copy of your form?
If so it can help to have a read through close to the assessment so you can remind yourselves of the answers.
You can also jot down a few notes to help you remember the main points that you want to make.
