me and my Thai fiancée are looking to get married we live in Northern Ireland but she hasn’t got a birth certificate and can’t get it so we can’t get married any advice ?

I can't honestly see a way around that, can she really not obtain a duplicate?

I'm wondering if a passport would be valid @Abcd1988? If not, then as SoapySoutar said above it sounds like it would definitely be worth getting some legal advice.

If she is from Thailand she will be able to request a certified copy from the district office where her birth was registered.
Is she living with you in Northern Ireland currently?
