Hi @lise71
I am also someone who filled it in first time. My experience was, I filled in the online form and added the photos I had as evidence. I got a few text messages.
One of those texts was the application has been passed to the health assessment team.
One text was that I will be contacted if an assessment by phone or at one of the centres is needed.
Then the most recent text was when the telephone assessment was booked.
And then a letter came in the post that gave more information about the telephone assessment.
I hope this helps and you hear another update from them soon :)

Hi there are different health assessment services depending on the area you live in.
Generally the tend to decide whether you will have a face to face assessment, telephone assessment or paper based assessment and inform you by text message once they decide.
Waiting times vary.
Some claimants are assessed within a couple of weeks and others have very long waits.
I don't know why the time scales vary so much.
Good luck with it and also @MegaAlone good luck with yours too.

I'd say leave it till towards the end of this week, if you've not heard by Thursday (Friday's a Bank Holiday), give them a call.
