Care needs assessment

Wondered if someone could give advice I had a deafblimd assessment it was a 2 part assessment that finished end of March it was outsourced because my LA didn't have someone suitably qulified I've been waiting since then foe the assessor to send me a draft copy I emailed her the beginning of last week and was told she would have it with me by the end of the week didn't have it that was last week I emailed her Monday and heard nothing back as of yet my question is does my LA have a duty to be chasing the assessment rather than me I have been waiting nearly 5 weeks since the assessment took place for a draft copy of the report how long is to long to wait I initially asked for this assessment back in November and I'm still waiting for the report to be finalised my LA has known for 11 years im deafblind and this is the 1st ever assessment thry have done
