Is the financial review over now? Are you supposed to get confirmation?

Hi, I had a UC face to face further financial review on Tuesday. The lady had no questions and the whole thing only took five minutes. The same day, she asked me to confirm my capital and the next morning I received the payments which they had stopped from me as it took a while for the bank to provide me with a closing statement (for which the bank paid me £200 in compensation).

There has been no journal update confirming that the review has finished. I'm guessing they wouldn't pay me the money back if it wasn't finished.

The last review I had was one done over the phone and the gentleman who did that updated my journal with confirmation that the review had finished.

I'd just feel better if I knew it was done. I tend to overthink these things.

Hi @OliverLoving, I have heard that some people don't get the confirmation afterwards. But if you're worried, you could pop a message in your journal and hopefully they'll be able to put your mind at ease either way.
