Is dwp going to force me to go to work i dont quite understand what this scheme is about please hell if you can

Sounds to me like employers would have a duty to check potential employees have a right to work in the UK.

Nope, they are not going to force disabled people to get a job because even by their standards that'd be HIGHLY illegal.
More to the point, as a person who's been trying desperately to get a job beyond the voluntary sector since May 1995, I can tell you that no reputable employer will employ any disabled adult of working age because they think we'll take endless time off due to our disabilities/health conditions, which in some cases might be true but not all.

The Right to Work is a scheme that requires employers to verify that all employees are legally permitted to work in the UK before employment so nobody will be forcing you into work under this scheme😊
