HI,

Back in March 26 my appeal against the DWP was upheld for my LCW, however, before my tribunal case was herd I was forced to complete a UC50.form, as I was providing long term fit notes from my GP, as I have emphysema and AS, which is a rare disease which attacks my joints and leaves me easily fatigued and along with my emphysema makes every day task very difficult for me to carry out, especially physical laboured work or focusing on a screen or sitting or standing for long periods of time, or driving all day, although I have provided medical evidence for this I'm constantly having to explain to UC, I'm unable to apply for any type work due to my disabilities which are incurable, and although the tribunal recommended I shouldn't be reassessed for 24 months, my local CAB advised me that the DWP can ignore this as it a recommendation, is this correct, I also requested a face to face assessment when completing the form as the last one was conducted over the phone and they ignored all my medical conditions and decided I was fit for all types of work, which led me to going to the tribunal and was upheld, this is becoming very stressful and draining as I know how this ends me having to go through the whole process again of a mandatory reconsideration and threats of sanctions, I have found my local CAB, office of been really unhelpful on the occasions I have sort advice, In fact very bais in favor of the DWP, even though I shared my full medical records with the advisor.
