Seeing as I keep getting rejected - is it worth carrying on applying for jobs?

Above.
I'm a disabled/neurodiverse 50 year old with almost no paid work experience, only voluntary stuff.
I've been applying for stuff online recently, as advised by my employment Coach at Autism Plus, but keep getting rejected because there's certain days I can't work in the week due to other educational commitments.
Obviously the constant stream of rejection emails is becoming rather annoying, should I just give up and reside myself to the fact I'll never work, or carry on given the likelihood of further rejections?
