PIP review & 4 point system
Hi All,
Hope you are all ok.
Just a quick querie.
If my pip runs out in may 2027. Will I get a review form now?. Cause im assuming its a year b4 it runs out they send the forms out. Or shall I just wait. Secondly is this 4 point pip being scrapped permanently? If not i might have to get my review in b4 autumn. But looking at things at the moment with labour im.hoping it doesn't go ahead. The 4 point system. Everything is an absolute struggle and totally unfair.
I await yr responses and many thanks for any support.
Thank much appreciated..

Hi @Anthony1234 from what I've seen it's averaging between 9 and 15 months prior to the end date but if you're concerned you could contact DWP to request this sooner.
I understand changes to the 4 point rule only relates to new claimants. 😊

Hi Holly,
Thank you so much for responding. So 4 point is just new claimants only. I might wait a few weeks see if review form comes in post. Then maybe call them. Cause I was worried abt the 4 point system I thought it was for old claimants. Another question is it better to download review form or better by pen 🖊 and post.

I thought the 4 point rule had been scrapped altogether?

@luvpink is totally correct @Holly_Scope - the 4 point system was considered, yet thankfully rejected; it has defnitely been scrapped @Anthony1234 even for new claimants.
You will normally receive your review form about 8 months before the end of your current claim.

Thanks for clarifying @luvpink and @chiarieds 💛
