🧠Mental Health Awareness Week ðŸ§
This year’s theme is Action: for yourself, for someone else, for all of us.
Good mental health helps us to deal with normal life stresses, and improve our confidence and relationships. When we’re feeling challenged by life, it can be a sign that we need to take extra care of our mental wellbeing.
But there are small steps we can take to improve our wellbeing. I have added below a link from the Mental Health Awareness Week with some of their tips:

We can also help to create mentally healthy communities in places like workplaces and schools to help people feel more confident about talking when they might need some support, or just an ear.

I spun the wheel and got 'move more'. It's a great suggestion as it's something I need to do, I just need more motivation. It's a shame there wasn't an option for eat loads of chocolate!
