what cause very realistic rage or panic dream?

i been noticed that i had very realistic dream of sometimes is rage and other times has be panic . i had woke up more then one in a very uncontrolled rage . the other realistic dream has be very intense panicky feeling and wake up very scared and make me feel on egde and anxious . i still feel very anxious even when on serltine 50gm . i don't feel happy at all .even when i cling or swimming .
