Hi there.. I have the above phone call tomorrow. In my Journal it says to discuss the evidence I provided for my claim. I was not asked for a Bank statement, only proof of ID.

I'M very anxious and fearful because I don't know what to expect during the call. Would anyone know what I could be expecting?

    Hi,

    It is strange not to ask for bank statements.

    Did they ask for proof of housing costs or anything like that?

    Very strange. They might ask for something else during the call. If so, you'll get several days to provide it. Please do let us know what happens. 🙂

    They are still working through a back log of ID checks, so it may be as simple as that.

    Try not to worry, they ask things like your living situation, work status, relationship status and verify ID.

    Sometimes they don't ask for bank statements until after the meeting.
