Hi, my name is Yorkshire123!
HHello ,
I had a pip assessment February of this yr, honestly I did question whether they were writing about someone else as majority of it was untrue, misinterpreted or information was basically left out, I wrote a 3 page email to maximus to complain listing errors, they basically told me calls are NOT recorded, I requested mandatory reconsider and forwarded doctors and hospital appts and referrals, I recieved a call on the 20th April asking me had anything changed etc, I advised that I had actually been diagnosed that day with dysfunctional breathing on top of my other conditions (I had a hospital appt that day) , I cried to the DWP lady, said how upset I was etc with orginal assessment, top and bottom of it was I was very emotional, she asked my the questions about banks, hospital, care home, jail etc, she also said she hoped I get it,she also extended deadline for further information till the 11th May,Ive called today and apparently they made a decision and ive to wait for letter, im so anxious waiting for this letter, im unsure why they wont say over phone, am I to assume ive been refused again ?
TThank-you

Hi @Yorkshire123 and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with PIP, it sounds like it's been really stressful!
Unfortunately I'm unable to say whether you have been accepted or refused as that is very standard procedure but hopefully you won't be waiting too long for the letter now😊0
