LCWA and work
hiya all. I hope you are all well. I wanted to ask a few questions. So I am currently working part time. 30 hours a week, 2 days at home, 2 days in an office. I have only recently started the job (6 weeks ago) and my disabilities are already impacting my ability to work. It isn’t the right job for me. I’m diagnosed with chronic daily migraine and I am having to look at a computer screen all day.
anyway I was wondering why when I checked my UC account this morning I was still getting the LCWA element. I was under the impression if I was working that this would be taken off (I was on new style ESA before and came off that because I started work) I can’t understand why am I still getting the LCWA but I am working? Have UC got it wrong? Should I inform them? They know all about my disabilities, and the impact it has on my ability to work. It cost me my old job.
any help/advice would be 👍
