Depression due to unemployment
Hi
I am struggling with my mental health and feeling really useless and worthless
My depression comes from stresses of daily life living with autism, loneliness and I think mostly because I am not in employment or doing much productive with myself.
I’ve never held down a job before so I guess I could say I’ve only had some form of ‘work experience’
I don’t have good qualifications or a degree so I’m not really sure where I’m supposed to go from here and it’s really making me worry about my life and my future (if i have one)
If I could have something to do 3 days a week without completely burning out or having a meltdown that would be a dream. I do well with repetitive stuff and don’t mind working alone or with a team
Working in a supermarket/shop with bright lights, lots of people, noises or working with kids both sound like a sensory overstimulating nightmare though, so neither of those
Any advice would be appreciated 🙏🏽
Thanks
