Trying to apply for 30 hours funded childcare but running into an issue online

Hey everyone, I am trying to get the 30 hours funded childcare code through our childcare account but I am running into an issue.

We are entitled to the 30 hours funded childcare, but not tax free childcare. I am on LCWRA and my partner works full time.

When I go to apply through our childcare account, it begins with the application for tax free childcare which I am not eligible for. It brings up a message saying not eligible & I am not able to proceed beyond that to apply for 30 hours funded childcare.

How do I go about doing this?

Morning @baumaus. I use the 30 hours free childcare too but I haven't encountered this problem. Have you tried asking the nursery for some help? They deal with it quite often so will hopefully know what's going on.
