Change if circumstances - pushing myself more
hi I need some advice
at my review i got awarded mobility
I was clear on my form I could walk up to 200 after issue etc
I have fibro and other conditions and i suffer with chronic back pain
It is a fluctuating condition but my walking is always affected
Recently i have started to push myself with support from physios and having to be more active but again my walking fluctuates
although i explained this to the decision maker as I was called before decision was sent
do i still report this
I am having to go out a bit more i still get accupunture to support my joints but also go gym with what physios have told me pain clinic management etc and will be joining another pain program at the gym
If i go i pace myself
I use trolley if i go shops
I just wanted someones inout please

Hi @asg23. You only need to report a change if your condition has improved or worsened. Do you still struggle with walking more than 200 metres?
It's great that you're trying to push yourself more, I think it's really important for physical and mental health.
