Payment for £0.01

hi thanks for welcoming me! Please help, my uc payment is due the 27th may but I have received a payment of £0.01p tonight which is way less than our claim says and also not the 27th yet…has anyone else had this? Should I be concerned?

Hi @missg43 is this a new award? If so, the 0.01 sounds like part of the set up. They'll do this to ensure they've got your account details correct ahead of payments. 😊
