Hi i rang up pip enquiery line and im confused
I was on pip back in october 2023 and i made a new claim last year in june i scored 0 on everthing do i filed a MR . I had a text a week ago saying that they aim to look at my case by the 3/08/2026 . I rang the automated phone line a few times and on each time my old entiltlemt in 2023 has changed it was the 21 of october 2023 and i rang today and its changed to the 26th of october 2023? Does any any one know why or could that mean that i have been awarded but they havent updated the system propally ? Many thanks .

Hi @emsy89 - & welcome to the forum. Unfortunately the PIP automated phone line is often inaccurate, so please try not to worry. As you only got a text recently giving a date when a decision should be made by, I think it's likely that a decision hasn't yet been made, so I'd just wait to get something in writing.
