I’ve had a pip assessment why did she say kerp an eye on your bank accoun

She may have meant to keep an eye out for payments should you get awarded PIP. But she wouldn't be allowed to say that you have definitely been awarded anything.
Sometimes you'll get a phone call to check your bank details are correct, whether you've been in hospital, and ask you whether you'd have difficulty coping with a large payment. Again, this doesn't always mean that you have been given an award or a back payment, it's just something they have to check with everyone. Fingers crossed it's a positive result for you though!
